Kemmanagundi is one place that all trekkers should not miss to visit because the hill station several mountains to climb and several jungles to explore. The height of the hill stands at 1434m above sea level. Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV used to spend whole of his summers here as this was the King’s summer retreat. Kemmanagundi has several water falls to chill out too. One famous waterfall is the Hebbe Falls. Surrounded by the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, Hebbe falls is an ideal place to visit due to its calm and serene atmosphere. It is widely believed that the water from the falls is herbal in nature and can cure skin diseases.
